Who needs it?

Staff who are required to carry out isolations of the OLE under instruction from the NP or ECO.

What do you learn?

The electrical system, isolation of the OLE, description of the OLE system, duties of the authorised person, switching testing earthing and the removal of objects from the OLE.

What do you do?

Carry out switching earthing, testing, and removal of objects from the OLE, under instruction from the Nominated Person or the ECO.

What do you need?

A valid PTS card.

Medical.

Negative Alcohol & Drugs screening to GH/RT8070.

A valid emergency First Aid certificate.
